When we started, maintaining consistency at small production volumes was manageable. As volumes grew, keeping that same standard across larger, more varied production runs became one of our most demanding challenges.

As a vertically integrated stainless steel manufacturer in India, controlling every stage of production, from melting through rolling, drawing, heat treatment, finishing, and inspection, within the same facility removes the variables that creep in when different parties handle different stages. Today, our melting capacity stands at 636,000 tonnes per annum. Maintaining quality at that scale requires investment in systems, processes, and people, not just equipment.
